This is the information page for the Living Family History website managed by Virgil Banowetz.

NOTICE : Passwords for the family histories were changed on Tuesday 3/26/2024. Please ask for the latest password for your closest family with a narrative from the list below.
This website has worked on a Windows 10 PC, Macintosh, iPAD, Android phone and an iPhone.
Prefered browsers are Firefox and Safari.
Please let me know whether they work on your device.
After you type or copy/paste the URL into your browser, a login windows will offer you access to your specific family history content.
Ask for the password to get to your content (for the family(s) closest to you).
You only need one password to see material for all your ancestors.
(Login with user name "lfh" in a window clearly labeled for your family of interest.)
After the login to "lfh" by entering the password you should be able to see all applicable pages of your family history, including pictures, audio files, videos, genealogies, etc.
User passwords are case sensitive. Be sure there are no spaces at either side of your entered password.
Once you get to your family history narrative you can navigate to your ancestor narratives, but to get back to where you were, you will need to use your browser's back button.
You should be able to find a "GENEALOGY" links for every startup page.
The Chrome browser occasionally fails to go the the proper bookmark/target for some electronic scrapbooks. Firefox works better in this respect.
The links for families are as follows (each has its own password but most users will only need one depending on the available narratives):
